1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bed Bridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including healthcare facilities, case managers, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Bed Bridge is a healthcare coordination platform that connects hospitals with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and assisted living facilities (ALFs). The Service provides real-time bed availability information, referral management, secure messaging, and facility coordination tools.

3. User Accounts

Access to Bed Bridge requires an authorized account. Users are provisioned by facility administrators to ensure HIPAA compliance and proper access controls. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. HIPAA Compliance

Bed Bridge is designed to operate as a HIPAA-compliant Business Associate. Covered entities must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before processing PHI through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations. You may not use the Service to share patient information outside of authorized workflows.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bed Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
